L’Applicazione raccoglie soltanto i dati necessari agli strumenti che l’Utente sceglie di usare.

Blind Experience	i passi del gioco: quali carte l’Utente ha accolto o rimesso giù e in che giorno, e la presenza nella sessione guidata dal facilitatore. Le risposte non vengono trattate: le domande si affrontano a voce e l’Applicazione non ha campi in cui scriverle.
LEGO® Serious Play®	la foto del modello, le note appuntate sulla foto, il titolo, la descrizione e il nome indicato come autore. La foto può ritrarre persone: l’Utente non deve fotografare chi non ha dato il proprio consenso.
Sicurezza	contatori anti-abuso legati in forma cifrata all’indirizzo IP, per limitare le richieste ripetute.
Facilitatori	per lo staff che accede alle regie: l’account Google usato per l’accesso (nome ed email).

Se non diversamente specificato, i dati richiesti sono necessari per fornire il servizio: senza, lo strumento non può funzionare. L’Utente si assume la responsabilità dei Dati Personali di terzi eventualmente pubblicati o condivisi tramite l’Applicazione (per esempio persone ritratte nelle foto).

3) Finalità e basi giuridiche

Registrazione e autenticazione (accesso con email e codice): esecuzione del servizio richiesto dall’Utente.
Erogazione degli strumenti (Blind Experience, LEGO® Serious Play®): consenso dell’Utente, dato nell’Applicazione prima dell’uso e revocabile in ogni momento.
Sicurezza (limiti anti-abuso, log di sistema): legittimo interesse del Titolare a proteggere il servizio.
Obblighi di legge e difesa in giudizio, quando ricorrono.

Il Titolare tratta Dati Personali quando sussiste almeno una di queste condizioni: consenso dell’Utente per una o più finalità specifiche; esecuzione di un contratto o di misure precontrattuali; obbligo legale; compito di interesse pubblico; legittimo interesse del Titolare o di terzi. È sempre possibile chiedere al Titolare di chiarire la base giuridica di ciascun trattamento.

Oggi l’Applicazione non fa profilazione, pubblicità, marketing né newsletter e non vende beni o servizi.

4) Modalità, luogo e conservazione

Modalità

Il Titolare adotta misure di sicurezza adeguate a impedire accesso, divulgazione, modifica o distruzione non autorizzati. Il trattamento avviene con strumenti informatici, con logiche strettamente legate alle finalità. Oltre al Titolare possono accedere ai dati, se necessario, persone coinvolte nell’organizzazione (facilitatori dello staff, amministratori di sistema) e fornitori tecnici nominati Responsabili del trattamento; l’elenco aggiornato può essere richiesto al Titolare.

Luogo

L’Applicazione e i suoi dati sono ospitati su Google Firebase / Google Cloud nella regione europe-west1 (Belgio, Unione Europea). Il dominio skillabs.net è registrato presso Wix.com Ltd., che ne gestisce la risoluzione dei nomi (DNS); i contenuti e i dati dell’Applicazione non risiedono su Wix. Eventuali trasferimenti fuori dall’Unione Europea da parte dei fornitori avvengono sulla base di decisioni di adeguatezza della Commissione europea o di clausole contrattuali standard.

Conservazione

codice di accesso: 10 minuti;
gettone di sessione: 30 giorni;
contatori anti-abuso: 24 ore;
email, consenso, passi di Blind Experience e schede di LEGO® Serious Play®: per il tempo necessario alla finalità per cui sono stati raccolti (lo svolgimento dell’attività e la sua restituzione), poi cancellati; più a lungo solo se lo impone un obbligo di legge o finché dura il consenso.

Al termine della conservazione i dati sono cancellati: dopo, i diritti di accesso, cancellazione, rettifica e portabilità non possono più essere esercitati.

6) Cookie e strumenti di memorizzazione

L’Applicazione non usa cookie di profilazione né strumenti di tracciamento pubblicitario. Usa soltanto la memoria locale del browser per finalità tecniche necessarie: il gettone di accesso, la lingua scelta, le schede in corso di compilazione. Questi dati restano sul dispositivo dell’Utente e si cancellano svuotando i dati del sito nel browser.

7) Servizi che potrebbero essere attivati in futuro

I servizi elencati qui non sono attivi oggi. Sono indicati perché il Titolare potrebbe attivarli per sviluppare la Suite. Prima di attivarne uno, il Titolare aggiornerà questa informativa (e la sua versione) e, se la base giuridica è il consenso, chiederà di nuovo il consenso dell’Utente.

Comunicazioni e newsletter (es. ActiveCampaign): email, nome, dati di contatto e professionali forniti dall’Utente; contatto via telefono.
Pagamenti (es. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay): i dati di pagamento sono raccolti direttamente dai fornitori.
Statistiche (es. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager): dati di utilizzo e strumenti di tracciamento.
Pubblicità, remarketing e behavioral targeting (es. Google Ads, Google AdSense, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn Insight Tag e Lead Gen Forms): dati di utilizzo, identificatori pubblicitari, strumenti di tracciamento.
Accesso con account di servizi terzi (es. Google/YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, PayPal, WordPress.com): dati del profilo secondo i permessi concessi dall’Utente.
Commenti e live chat (es. Facebook Comments, ActiveCampaign site messages).
Contenuti da piattaforme esterne (es. video YouTube, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Instagram): dati di utilizzo e strumenti di tracciamento.

8) Diritti dell’Utente (GDPR)

Nei limiti di legge, l’Utente ha il diritto di: revocare il consenso in ogni momento; opporsi al trattamento; accedere ai propri dati; verificarli e chiederne la rettifica; ottenere la limitazione del trattamento; ottenere la cancellazione; ricevere i propri dati o farli trasferire ad altro titolare; proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali o agire in sede giudiziale. Ha inoltre diritto a informazioni sulla base giuridica dei trasferimenti all’estero e sulle misure di sicurezza adottate.

Diritto di opposizione

Quando i dati sono trattati per un legittimo interesse, l’Utente può opporsi per motivi legati alla sua situazione particolare. Se in futuro i dati fossero trattati per marketing diretto, l’Utente potrà opporsi in qualsiasi momento, gratuitamente e senza motivazione.

Come esercitare i diritti

Le richieste vanno indirizzate al Titolare all’indirizzo luigildo@pec.it. La richiesta è gratuita e il Titolare risponde entro un mese. Rettifiche, cancellazioni o limitazioni sono comunicate ai destinatari dei dati, salvo impossibilità o sforzo sproporzionato; su richiesta, il Titolare indica tali destinatari.

9) Ulteriori informazioni

Difesa in giudizio

I dati possono essere usati dal Titolare in giudizio o nelle fasi preparatorie, per la difesa da abusi nell’uso dell’Applicazione o dei servizi connessi.

Log di sistema e manutenzione

Per il funzionamento e la manutenzione, l’Applicazione e i fornitori tecnici possono raccogliere log di sistema, che possono contenere dati personali come l’indirizzo IP.

Su richiesta, l’Applicazione può fornire informative aggiuntive su singoli strumenti.

Modifiche a questa informativa

Il Titolare può modificare questa informativa in qualunque momento, dandone notizia su questa pagina e, se possibile, nell’Applicazione o tramite i recapiti a sua disposizione. Se le modifiche riguardano trattamenti basati sul consenso, il consenso viene richiesto di nuovo: l’Applicazione registra la versione accettata e chiede di accettare quella nuova.

Dati Personali: qualunque informazione che renda identificata o identificabile una persona fisica. Dati di Utilizzo: informazioni raccolte automaticamente (IP, orario e metodo della richiesta, esito, browser e sistema operativo…). Utente: chi usa questa Applicazione. Interessato: la persona fisica cui si riferiscono i dati. Responsabile del trattamento: chi tratta i dati per conto del Titolare. Titolare del trattamento: chi determina finalità e mezzi del trattamento. Questa Applicazione: la Suite Real Eyes People, raggiungibile su suite.skillabs.net. Strumento di tracciamento: tecnologia che consente di tracciare gli Utenti (cookie, identificativi univoci, web beacon, script…).

This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users. This document can be printed with your browser’s print command.

1) Data controller

2) What data this Application processes

The Application collects only the data needed by the tools the User chooses to use.

Sign-in to the Suite	email address; 6-digit access code and session token, stored only as an encrypted fingerprint (nobody, not even the Controller, can read them); date and version of the consent to this notice.
Blind Experience	your steps in the game: which cards you took or put back and on which day, and your presence in the session led by the facilitator. Your answers are not processed: the questions are discussed out loud and the Application has no fields to write them in.
LEGO® Serious Play®	the photo of your model, the notes pinned on it, the title, the description and the name entered as author. The photo may show people: do not photograph anyone who has not agreed to it.
Security	anti-abuse counters linked in encrypted form to the IP address, to limit repeated requests.
Facilitators	for staff using the control rooms: the Google account used to sign in (name and email).

Unless stated otherwise, the requested data is necessary to provide the service. The User is responsible for any third-party Personal Data published or shared through the Application (for example people shown in photos).

3) Purposes and legal bases

Registration and authentication (sign-in with email and code): performance of the service requested by the User.
Providing the tools (Blind Experience, LEGO® Serious Play®): the User’s consent, given in the Application before use and revocable at any time.
Security (anti-abuse limits, system logs): the Controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Legal obligations and legal defence, where applicable.

The Controller processes Personal Data where at least one of these applies: the User’s consent for one or more specific purposes; performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; a legal obligation; a task in the public interest; the legitimate interest of the Controller or third parties. You can always ask the Controller to clarify the legal basis of each processing.

Today the Application does no profiling, advertising, marketing or newsletters and does not sell goods or services.

4) Methods, place and retention

Methods

The Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction. Processing is carried out with IT tools, strictly according to the stated purposes. Besides the Controller, the data may be accessed where necessary by people involved in the organisation (staff facilitators, system administrators) and by technical providers appointed as Processors; the updated list is available from the Controller.

Place

The Application and its data are hosted on Google Firebase / Google Cloud in the europe-west1 region (Belgium, European Union). The skillabs.net domain is registered with Wix.com Ltd., which handles its name resolution (DNS); the Application’s content and data do not reside on Wix. Any transfers outside the European Union by providers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

access code: 10 minutes;

anti-abuse counters: 24 hours;
email, consent, Blind Experience steps and LEGO® Serious Play® cards: for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for (running the activity and its follow-up), then deleted; longer only where required by law or while consent lasts.

At the end of the retention period the data is deleted: after that, the rights of access, erasure, rectification and portability can no longer be exercised.

The typeface is served by the Application itself: opening the pages does not contact third-party font services.

6) Cookies and local storage

The Application uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. It only uses the browser’s local storage for strictly necessary technical purposes: the access token, the chosen language, cards being filled in. This data stays on the User’s device and is removed by clearing the site data in the browser.

7) Services that may be activated in the future

The services listed here are not active today. They are listed because the Controller may activate them to develop the Suite. Before activating any of them, the Controller will update this notice (and its version) and, where the legal basis is consent, ask for the User’s consent again.

Communications and newsletters (e.g. ActiveCampaign): email, name, contact and professional data provided by the User; telephone contact.
Payments (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay): payment data is collected directly by the providers.
Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager): usage data and trackers.
Advertising, remarketing and behavioural targeting (e.g. Google Ads, Google AdSense, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Lead Gen Forms): usage data, advertising identifiers, trackers.
Sign-in with third-party accounts (e.g. Google/YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, PayPal, WordPress.com): profile data according to the permissions granted by the User.
Comments and live chat (e.g. Facebook Comments, ActiveCampaign site messages).
Content from external platforms (e.g. YouTube videos, Google Maps, Google Calendar, Instagram): usage data and trackers.

8) User rights (GDPR)

Within the limits of the law, the User has the right to: withdraw consent at any time; object to processing; access their data; verify it and ask for rectification; obtain restriction of processing; obtain erasure; receive their data or have it transferred to another controller; lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or take legal action. The User is also entitled to information on the legal basis of transfers abroad and on the security measures adopted.

Right to object

Where data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, the User may object on grounds relating to their particular situation. Should data ever be processed for direct marketing, the User may object at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons.

How to exercise your rights

Requests should be sent to the Controller at luigildo@pec.it. Requests are free of charge and the Controller replies within one month. Rectifications, erasures or restrictions are communicated to the recipients of the data, unless impossible or disproportionate; on request, the Controller indicates those recipients.

9) Further information

Legal action

Data may be used by the Controller in legal proceedings or in preparation for them, to defend against misuse of the Application or related services.

System logs and maintenance

For operation and maintenance, the Application and its technical providers may collect system logs, which may contain personal data such as the IP address.

Specific notices

On request, the Application may provide additional notices about individual tools.

Changes to this notice

The Controller may change this notice at any time, announcing it on this page and, where possible, in the Application or through the contact details available. If the changes concern processing based on consent, consent is requested again: the Application records the accepted version and asks you to accept the new one.

10) Definitions

Personal Data: any information that identifies or makes identifiable a natural person. Usage Data: information collected automatically (IP, time and method of the request, outcome, browser and operating system…). User: whoever uses this Application. Data Subject: the natural person the data refers to. Processor: whoever processes data on behalf of the Controller. Controller: whoever determines the purposes and means of processing. This Application: the Real Eyes People Suite, available at suite.skillabs.net. Tracker: technology that allows Users to be tracked (cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons, scripts…).
